Banks dont modify loans that they never funded to begin with,I do not know one homeowner that has had their loan modified, they just do not happen and this was not an accident,it was very thought out on the banks part. You have to attack to fact that these loans are frauds, fakes, they robbed their Investors and the homeowner. Our government, state, federal, recorders, assessors, title companies, escrow agents, realtors and the entire housing finance Industry is criminal and should be dealt with on that level. Its no small task.

“Bob” answered the phone but would not give his last name ( I asked 4-5 times). He recognized the names of the borrowers and said that this case was “in process” but did not give specifics.

The receptionist is aware of this problem. I cited that I am a Wells Fargo customer.

Said we were WF investors and they were acting like a bunch of jackasses and needed to work with these families. TYHis country is soon turning into a third world country where the rich hire bodyguards to keep from getting shot and the poor slave for them for food and a hovel.

OK, I made this important call on behalf of my fellow neighbors. I also have an account with this company. I let them know this as well. I discussed how other banks:JP Morgan and Bank of America are being penalized for their corporate crimes and I expected better from Wells Fargo. Deborah, the CEO secretary said she would relay my concerns. This is the least that I can do.

I spoke to Debra Frank and she told me she will pass my info to John Stumpf.
