Congratulate Mel Watt & demand a foreclosure moratorium

Director Mel Watt: Congratulations on being confirmed to head the Federal Housing Finance Agency, which oversees Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Both of those agencies are engaged in relentless fights to foreclose on struggling families victimized by predatory lending and the Great Recession. Please institute a foreclosure moratorium to keep struggling families in their homes.

I don’t even know what to say. It’s like telling someone it’s not ok to steal! It’s not ok to ruin our entire Nation, and keep getting away with it! For once, someone do something to HELP! If everyone had been given a small amount of money instead of giving it all to the banks, our Country would have exploded with productivity, and our neighborhoods would be thriving. Don’t want to give us money? Well, at least don’t make it worse by foreclosing! There’s a thing called HOPE…and we’ve lost it. Please help us restore our Country by doing the right thing and modeling what the U.S. is supposed to be about…laws, rules, honesty, fairness, opportunity, and yes…HOPE.
    Thank you.

We work hard to buy our homes and keep them. Our homes are SACRED! We raise and protect our children and elderly in them. We plan to spend the rest of our lives in them. Our homes are the most important possessions we have! Our homes are our foundation.

We depend on our homes 150%. Our homes are not a commodity for big banks, zero tolerance on foreclosures! Enough with corporate and wall street greed! All bank foreclosures should be stopped immediately! Banks are way out of control. Banks should not have the option at all to foreclose no matter the circumstance and should be made to work and affordable mortgage and appropriate principle reduction. We bailed these crooks out with our tax dollars and now they show their ingratitude by foreclosing!!!!! Stop foreclosures NOW!!! They think they can get away with it by using lobby power-ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!

Government need to help the American People by standing up to the Wealthy people. That right these in Government are the Wealthy People to so they will not help the American People.
